Summer Vibes Flow – 1 hour yoga class

A fun filled flow class, more relaxed than fitness flow, but will still work the whole body. Practiced alongside good vibes, upbeat music, this class will get you feeling energised and ready for the weekend. This class is also an opportunity for you to request any poses that you would like to learn.

Yin & Tonic

Deeper stretches held for a few minutes leads to deeper relaxation of your body and mind. Poses will be held between 2 and 5 minutes, and ensure to stretch out and release any tension that’s built up through your body. This relaxing class will be sure to leave your body feeling fully rested and your mind calm and clearer.

Straps, blocks and blankets can be used to aid in this class if available.
